Handcandlesix accepts returns of garden lighting and watering products within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order information. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation that came with the product. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
